Phil holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and has completed additional studies with the top institutions in the real estate industry. Completing the Urban Land Institute Real Estate School for development and finance in Washington D.C, numerous courses specific to different property types from the Appraisal Institute, and property inspection education from InterNACHI makes him uniquely qualified in the realm of real estate brokerage.
His track record includes being an award-winning commercial broker with the largest real estate investment firm in the country, a top producing residential agent, and a recognized residential and commercial real estate expert in federal, state, and county courts. With a long track record as a legal consultant and expert witness involving real estate matters, he embodies diligence and accuracy.
Phil holds professional real estate licensing as an Employing Broker, Certified General Appraiser, and is a Certified Professional Inspector.
Phil is a Longmont native who began his real estate career in Colorado 25 years ago after working for several years as a commercial pilot.
